Seat provides good support and is adjustable for back, arms, etc.
Only drawback is the plastic mesh is rough, so if you are in shorts, or a skirt that doesn't cover the back of you legs, then the seat mesh REALLY digs into your skin.

It's better than most in the same price range. It has several adjustments to customize your comfort. It get's the job done for the price you pay. I'm not sure I would pay full price for it.

I've purchased other chairs from OfficeMax and have been okay, but the trend is the mesh style type. I wasn't sure it would be any better then the other similar priced chairs, but I am happier with this one. The lumbar support is improved and with the mesh, I don't over heat.
